Webinar: Optimize Your Critical Communication Programs with Data Solutions

On April 23, 2015 Venture begins a four-part webinar series that covers its four areas of expertise that bring great value to large companies and their critical customer communication programs. These areas are optimization, composition, presentment and application. Collectively, we refer to them as The VentureAdvantage, because they represent what Venture brings to the market that other companies do not. This includes understanding not only the operational tasks themselves (data processing, printing, finishing, mailing and the like) but how they integrate with and contribute to the client’s communication strategy and, ultimately, its business success. This approach delivers the maximum value possible from the services Venture offers.

The first webinar subject is optimization—focusing on how data solutions optimize not only data, but the entire production chain. We will examine four procedures that optimize data:

  • Selection by business rules – How the combination of the client’s business rules and Venture’s data processing procedures selects the proper records for deployment
  • Merge/purge – How a strategy tying together three types of merge/purge (individual, account, household) delivers business rule requirements while still minimizing image and piece counts
  • USPS compliance processing – CASS and NCOALink: what each is and how they contribute to lower postal costs and database accuracy in their own ways
  • Integrating information files – How internal and external information files are used to make operational files ‘smarter’ by adding demographic, preference and purchase intelligence

For each procedure, we will present simple easy-to-follow examples that demonstrate how each of them optimizes data input and, eventually, the entire production cycle. For these demonstrations, I will be joined by Venture’s Data Processing Supervisor, Holly Smith. Holly has more than 25 years of experience in data processing. She has developed several data processing strategies for Venture’s major clients.

This webinar will be an opportunity to view data processing procedures that are typically hidden from view deep inside computer networks, and understand how they optimize cost, digital print, customer messaging and customer experience.

Please join us on April 23, 2015 (1:00 p.m. CST, 2:00 p.m. EST) to learn how you can optimize your programs. To attend this webinar, visit Venture Solutions’ website.
