This month’s production activity showed significant increases and improvements across the board. Highlights of the data include: 

• Mail pieces increased by 4% while images remained consistent
• Images MTD are flat and reflect a balance of duplex/simplex on a sheet of paper 
• Sheets are off by <4% both MTD and YTD 
• Job counts are up, driven from job count increases in Fort Worth as well as through a specific client in Sacramento. Since April, this client has added 18,317 tickets to Sacramaneto for a total revenue of $93K.  Mark Kuehn has his team engaged in batching to reduce the burden on the plant. We have a similar issue with the implementation of another client in Charlotte, which Raj is working on, as well. 
• On Time Delivery changed from 99.45% last October to 98.78% this year. The biggest impact on this rate was Fort Worth and equipment downtime, which are being addressed as follows: 
  • We are working closely with our vendors and are seeing significant improvement over the past several weeks.  
  • Parts supply availability and access to service personnel are improving and being monitored daily. 
  • We are bringing Sacramento online with the I300 and the perf unit that provides an immediate lever which we are beginning to utilize as a business continuation action.
