Last month, the Sacramento, CA facility hosted a potluck celebrating the many different cultures represented by our employees there.
Employees were invited to bring a dish from their culture that was meaningful to them. They each provided a brief history, explanation of its origin, and personal meaning behind their selection. The DEI Committee printed flags for each of the employees’ nationalities to display around the breakroom where the potluck was held.
Quality and Safety Manager, Christopher Snyder, remarked that participation was significant across all three shifts. The event was a fun opportunity to highlight the great variety of cultures represented by our Venture Solutions employees, learn more about the unique histories of each, and enjoy a meal together as a team.
