The Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) has approved the next USPS postage rate increases, which will take effect on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

Please note that bundling has been removed for flats, which will change the 5-digit minimum from 10 to 50 and may lead to higher increases beyond what these rates illustrate.

To help mitigate these postage cost increases, the USPS will continue to offer their five promotional discounts throughout 2025 with two add-on only discounts. As part of the approved changes to 2026 promotions, Reply Mail IMbA® will be replaced with a new Catalog Insights 10% discount promotion. The registration period will begin in August 2025, and the promotional period will begin in October 2025. Other changes for 2026 include moving the Tactile, Sensory, and Interactive promotional period up to January 1, 2026, with registration beginning November 15, 2025. The remaining base promotions will receive a standardized 5% discount under the updated promotions.
