Venture Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of Rajesh Nair to Director of Software Engineering. Raj has been an integral part of our organization for over 23 years. He began his career as a software development contractor and progressed to the management team. Raj shared, “This opportunity to work in the role of Director of Software Engineering speaks volumes to the fact that this company believes in creating opportunity and security for employees”.
In his new role, Raj will focus on adopting new technologies as part of our future road map, including hardware and software updates and implementing a new ERP system. He will oversee a team of 30 employees dedicated to customer communications application development and continue to collaborate with all internal departments to support our clients. Raj is excited about “working with customers and providing them with solutions that wow them”.
