The Monroe, NC facility celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with several different activities that employees could participate in. Hispanic Heritage Month begins September 15th and lasts through October 15th.
Employees were invited to join a challenge where they could submit photos that represented the theme of Hispanic heritage to them. The photos were printed and displayed in the facility all month long for everyone on site to view.
On Friday, September 23rd, Venture Solutions brought in snacks and delicacies from local vendors for the employees to enjoy. Some employees also volunteered to make homemade desserts that represented their own culture.
