Venture Access is our innovative self-service portal that allows clients to manage their customer communications anytime, anywhere. Recently, our IT team has added some important updates to Venture Access to improve efficiencies and customer experience. Enhancements include a user interface to streamline Private Label Servicing, an expanded Mail Tracking Module, and a File Module.
Jill Krueger, Director of Information Technology, oversees the IT team, led by Stacy Hoggarth, who have implemented these exciting additions. The IT team is collaborating with the Taylor User Experience group to ensure design standards and efficiencies.
User Interface for Private Label Servicing
The IT team created a new user interface for Private Label Servicing that makes it easy for customers to share data and maps to the back-end requirements. This improvement has streamlined PLS input data delivery and removed the need for spreadsheet sharing, resulting in a fast, secure, and efficient process for customers using this service.
Extended Mail Tracking
Venture Access has a Mail Tracking Module that allows customers to view mail as it moves through the production and delivery process. Previously, this functionality was limited to Fort Worth customers only but has now been extended to all Venture Access users.
File Status Module
Venture Access provides order tracking through our production system using a job name in the Job Status Module. However, our job names may be confusing for customers since they associate orders with file names. A File Status Module has been added to provide labels that are more meaningful and easier for customers to understand. Clients can now follow their orders through our production process and drill down to account details in a way that makes sense to them.
Looking Forward
The IT team is currently working on adding an Approval Module to Venture Access in Q1 2023. This addition will provide a workflow for customers to make changes and submit them for approval to others on their team. It will also include functionality to set a date to make the changes active.
