To help mitigate these postage cost increases, the USPS will continue to offer their six promotional discounts throughout 2024. Mailers have until June 30 to register for the new growth incentive program. This program will offer discounts for mailers who increase their First-Class and Marketing Mail volumes above one million mail pieces in calendar year 2024.
