Earlier this summer, we gave a high-level preview of some anticipated changes to 2025’s USPS Promotions.
Now that the offering for next year has been approved, let’s dig into more of the details, including a new set of five main promotions and two add-ons that can be combined with most (though not all) of them.

The new iteration of the former Advanced and Emerging Technology promotion encourages the use of eight eligible technologies to enhance the customer experience: Augmented, Mixed, and/or Virtual Reality, Integration with Voice Assistant, Video in Print Technology, Near Field Communication, Mobile Shopping, and Artificial Intelligence. Eligible mail must combine directional copy with the correct technology trigger. The new Artificial Intelligence option requires proof that copy or images within the mail piece were created using generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot. |

Marketing messages may include discount offers, limited time offers, introductions to new products, customer loyalty rewards, event invitations, personalized offers, and more. |
